REFUND POLICY — D&M DreamWorks LLC, DBA AppliPro

REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to D&M DreamWorks LLC, DBA AppliPro (“AppliPro,” “we,” “us”) and our appliance repair and related services.

1) Diagnostic / Service Call Fees

Diagnostic/service call fees are non-refundable once the technician arrives and performs an inspection, testing, or diagnosis.

If we arrive and cannot access the appliance (no answer/lockout, unsafe conditions, appliance not accessible), a trip/diagnostic fee may apply.

2) Repairs (Labor and Parts)

Labor

Payments for completed labor are non-refundable.

AppliPro provides a 90-day labor warranty on the specific repair performed, starting from the service completion date, unless your invoice states otherwise.

If the same repaired issue returns within the 90-day labor warranty period, we will return to assess and, if covered, correct the issue at no additional labor charge.

Labor warranty exclusions: unrelated/new failures, misuse/abuse, normal wear, cosmetic issues, pest/rodent damage, power surge/outage, water supply/plumbing issues, venting/installation/code issues, or prior/third-party repairs.

Parts

Replacement parts are subject to manufacturer/supplier warranty terms.

If a part is confirmed defective per supplier policy, AppliPro will assist with warranty processing (replacement/credit as allowed). Shipping/restocking (if any) are governed by the supplier.

3) Cancellations / Rescheduling

If canceled before dispatch, no service fee will be charged.

If canceled after dispatch (technician en route) or on site, a trip/service fee may apply.

Same-day reschedules may be treated as a cancellation if the slot cannot be refilled.

4) Special Order Parts

Special order parts require prepayment and are non-refundable, except if the part is confirmed defective per supplier policy or AppliPro cancels the order before shipment.

If a return is allowed, supplier restocking fees and shipping are deducted from any approved refund.

5) Payment Disputes / Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact AppliPro first to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized/unsupported chargebacks may result in lawful collection action and recovery of permitted costs/fees.

6) Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.

Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on the bank/processor.
